Preparatory department for foreign citizens of Uman NUH

The Preparatory Department for Foreign Citizens is a structural unit of Uman National University of Horticulture.

The subject of the Department's activity is the organization of preparation of foreign citizens for university entrance.

MAIN TASKS AND FUNCTIONS OF THE DEPARTMENT:

- Preparation for admission to the university, organization of students' study of the Department of Ukrainian (Russian) languages, as well as mathematics, physics, chemistry and other disciplines, depending on the specialty they seek to acquire.

- Organizing and conducting educational work with foreign citizens, acquainting them with the laws of Ukraine, rules and responsibilities of students of the Department, generally accepted rules of conduct, Rules of Procedure of Uman National University of Horticulture, Regulations on the student dormitory of Uman National University of Horticulture.

- Organization of marketing activities, career guidance work to attract foreign nationals to study at the university.

- Ensuring timely issuance of invitations to study.

- Admission and resettlement of foreign citizens who came to study at the university, the organization of their lives, national events.

- Organization of passport and visa regime for foreign citizens arriving in Ukraine for a long time at the invitation of Uman National University of Horticulture.

- Monitoring the observance of the Statute of Uman National University of Horticulture, Rules of Internal Labor of Uman National University of Horticulture, Regulations on the organization of the educational process at Uman National University of Horticulture, Regulations on the student dormitory of Uman National University of Horticulture.

- Organization of office work of the Branch in accordance with the agreed nomenclature of cases.
